Training is an extremely important step when bringing a new puppy into your family. Here at AweDogs we have designed all of our puppy programs to ensure that you get the relationship with your new puppy off to the right start. We will help to create a well-mannered, happy, and obedient dog.
Puppy Board and Train
Our Puppy Board and Train is a 4 week training program that teaches your puppy valuable life skills. Prior to arrival, dogs are required to have a clean bill of health from a veterinarian. Our training program will help them to form the right habits at an early age as they live with your trainer. During their stay they will learn all the necessary behaviors to help them develop the fundamental traits to become a happy and well-behaved dog throughout their lives. The training will be done using a system of markers to ensure a happy, functional dog.
Upon the return of your dog, you will need to complete 3 private sessions. In the sessions, you will be taught how to maintain your puppy until they are mature enough to move forward with the next stage of training.
Puppy Introduction Training
Our Puppy Introduction program teaches you, the pet owner, all the ins and outs of owning and raising a new puppy.
This 6-week program covers:
- Crate Training
- Socialization
- Desensitization
- Diet
- Motivation
- Basic Obedience Training
